Balance Sheet For Food Commodities

The Balance Sheet for Food Commodities is an annual publication on food consumption in Finland. It is a total calculation compiled in the form of a balance sheet, showing the production of foodstuffs, changes in stocks, imports and exports, domestic use in various sectors, and average per capita food consumption. The balance sheet contains 11 food product groups (cereals, potatoes, sugar, legumes, vegetables, fruits and berries, meat, eggs, fish, milk products, oils and fats) as well as beverages.
