Structure of Livestock Production
Description
The statistics on the structure of livestock production disclose data on the numbers of livestock and farms by heard size. The data for the statistics are extracted from the Farm Register, which contains data on the numbers of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, poultry and horses, as well as their regional locations.
Revisions in this statistic
Statistics on Structure of Livestock Production will be incorporated into new statistics on Number of Livestock starting from statistical reference year 2009.
