Total Egg Production

Description

The annual statistics on total egg production contain data on e.g. the egg quantities received by egg packing plants, use of eggs in food management on farms and direct sales of eggs. The data are based on information collected from egg packing plants four times a year and on the farm survey.

Revisions in this statistic

Statistics on Total Egg Production will be incorporated into statistics on Egg Production starting from 2010.
